At Totalcare Medical Supply. we want to make your shopping experience to be hassle FREE. This is the reason why we are very clear and thorough about our returns policy. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy for most products as long as they are in unused, original condition, with all original packaging, instructions, components, and warranty materials. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies
We will arrange and pay for return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly. You are responsible for the shipping cost on all other returns. Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, certain items may need to be returned unopened and/or unworn. In addition, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. All returns must be able to be resold, unopened and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been affixed with stickers, scratches or without original packaging will not be accepted.
Before returning a product for any reason, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be accepted and processed without an RMA. RMA number is valid for 7 business days from the date of issue. A return without an RMA number will not be accepted. Online return policy applies to online purchase only.
We will ship your products the same day if ordered by 4:00pm. All orders received after this time or on weekend or any major holiday, will be shipped the following business day via UPS ground or FEDEX ground or any other shipping companies as we may deemed fit. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will notify you of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. All orders which had been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We accept Master Card, Visa. American Express, and Discover You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order, Company or Personal Check in U.S. Dollars only . Please note that your order cannot be shipped until your check is cleared by your bank. If paid by check and the check cannot be processed due to insufficient fund, $25 penalty fee will be charged.

Totalcare Medical Supply shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing information received from our suppliers. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
